Childhood Memories

We may feel that its gone

But its buried deep inside us
We may feel it is past
But it indeed is our present
We may have forgotten
But it can be seen in our every action,
Such is the life of childhood memories.
Our deepest joys of those days
Unknowingly would still encourage us,
Our deepest mistakes,
Would still guide us,
We may have forgotten
But it can be seen in our every action,
Such is the life of childhood memories.
Those memories shaped us
In ways we cant think
We may have moved on
But with deep imprints
Like that a tree giving fruits
But seeds buried deep inside the earth.
Let's cherish those memories again,
Which sowed the herbs of today,
Let us be thankful to the family, friends and teachers
Who cared to pass on their wisdom,
And help us become what we are today.
